Terry Poston Obituary

Terry Lee Poston, age 74, passed away on April 13th, 2024. Terry was a man of faith, and he loved his church. He and his wife, Jane Elaine Poston, were married for 42 years. Terry was the father figure to three children that he would tell anyone were his own. He enjoyed music, playing the guitar, and singing. He found relaxation in reading. He always said that once he retired, that he had retired from anything that made him do work, but that was just his sense of humor. Terry always had a helping hand and enjoyed fixing things in his own way. Terry loved children, and he prided himself on being a grandfather. Terry retired from the Navy and spent his retirement years as the outreach contact for the V.A. at the career center. He was a simple man that found happiness in the small things that life offered. Terry is preceded in death by his parents; Billy and Virgina Poston, and one sister, Sandy Poston.
