He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Brewer Lanham, Sr. and Ethel Juanita Dawson Lanham; and his brothers, William Joseph Lanham and Harry David Lanham. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Joseph Lee Lanham, RaChele Selzer, Renee'Gurley (Kenneth) and Jon Johnson (Rebecca); and his siblings, Ethel Juanita Lanham Claybourne, Wayne Brewer Lanham, Jr., Walter Lee Lanham (Laura), Jeanie Geraldine Lanham Lambert (Quitman), Charles Haden Lanham, Larry James Lanham, John Wade Baker and Paul Timothy Baker (Tammy). He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Covington Funeral Home (3499 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at the Magnolia Gardens Cemetery.
