He was predeceased by: his wife Michele Fowler; his mother Helen Marie Fowler; his stepmother Peggy Hazelrig Fowler; his brother Richard Rodney Fowler; and his nephew Cory Fowler.
He is survived by: his daughter Olivia Marie Tice (Christopher Robert); his grandson Knox William Michael Tice; his father John Richard Fowler; his siblings, Pamela Sherrie Jones, Eric Wayde Fowler and Wesley Allan Fowler (Cloma); his nieces and nephews, Whitney, Crystal, Tiffany, Keith, Craig and Christopher; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Hadley, Lilly, Richie, Eli, Cole, John, Matthew and Tristan.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Covington Funeral Home (3499 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
