It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Parsons of Covington, Tennessee, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Parsons and Thelma Sue Jaco; and his brothers, Mike Parsons and Wayne Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Kay Parsons; his children, April Parsons Butler (Tim), Mark Parsons (Melissa) and Lydia Parsons (Chris); his grandsons, Will and Joseph Haley; his great grandchild Anthony Ryder Parsons; his brothers, Ronnie Parsons (Donna) and Randy Parsons (Gina); and his sister-in-law Barbara Parsons.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Covington Funeral Home (3499 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
