He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Fields, Austin Fields and Jennifer Anderson (Rolandis); his girlfriend Mindy Norville; and his siblings, Wayne Fields, Tommy Fields, Glory Pritchard and Joanne Gutierrez. He is also survived by his family and especially his grandchildren.
