He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cardwell and Gwendolyn Cardwell; and his brothers, Robert and Jerry Cardwell. He is survived by: his wife Diane Cardwell; his children, Shelly Stark (Erik) and Billy Cardwell (Lauren); his grandchildren, Philip Cowan (Jennifer), Jerry Cowan (Robin) and Michael Cowan (Katherine); and his brother Michael Cardwell. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and many more loving family members.
