He is survived by: his wife Jessie Dill Bullard of Counce, TN; his children, Keith Bullard (Sonja) of Iuka, MS and Pam Yarbrough of Counce, TN; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Clayton Bullard, Anna Marie Bullard, Michael Jordan Barnes and Logan Ray Barnes; and his siblings, Wallace Bullard (Ethelene) of Kossuth, MS and June Bullard of Florence, AL.
