He was predeceased by: his father Wallace S. Witham; and his granddaughter Madison Lee Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Katie M. Witham; his daughters, Katie Holt Hardin (Klint) and Anna Lee Fryman (John); his siblings, Sharon Willis, Susie Juengling, Lori Norman (Chris), Jonnie Ragland (Ron) and Wally Witham (Pheraby); and his grandchildren, Dylan Glover, Stella Grace Hardin, Cody Fryman and John Lucas Fryman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
