He is survived by: his wife Mamie Blakney of Counce, Tennessee; his daughters, Angie Blakney of Counce and Carol Blakney of Bartlett, Tennessee; his grandchild Kesha Shelby of Counce, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Kylie Shelby, Jacey McMeans, Blakney Schwartz, Lucky Flanagan and Ashby Flanagan.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Shanghai Cemetery.
