He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Bobbie Lee Harston McAfee; his siblings, Pam McAfee Morgan and Jackie McAfee; and his half-brothers, Donny Joe Salmon (D. J.), Ronnie Salmon and Ernest McAfee.
He is survived by: his wife Tina McAfee of Michie, Tennessee; his children, Christopher Lane McAfee of Counce, Tennessee and Crystal Lynn McAfee Edwards of Counce, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Madison, Alli, Baylee, Sophie, Clint and Waylon; his siblings, Joey McAfee of Michie, Tennessee and Phyllis McAfee Ballard of Shiloh, Tennessee; and his half-sisters, Connie Salmon Terry of Michie and Angie Davis Haynes of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee..
