He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Avery Holder and Juanita Elizabeth Ruppe Holder. He is survived by: his wife Insa; his stepchildren, Maurice Barlow of Counce, TN and Rev. Sabine Collins (Dennis) of Knoxville, TN; and his aunts, Iris Lee Ruppe Jackson and Dorothy Ellen Ruppe (Dot). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
