He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall William and Lola Maybell Durbin Terry; his wife Mary Jane Milligan; and his siblings, Gladys George, Wilma Bowden, Joe Terry, Johnny Harold Terry and Bill Terry.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Yochem of Virginia, Rhonda Cummings (Melvin) of Savannah, Jacky Hollins (Tammy) of Savannah and Jimmie Darlene Henson of Gallatin, Tennessee; and his sister Robbie Allred (Ernest) of Saltillo, Tennessee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
