He is survived by: his wife Maudie Parson Milligan of Counce, TN; his children, Stanley Milligan of Counce, TN, Rebecca Henson (Ben) of Counce, TN and Donna Crotts (Kenneth) of Savannah, TN; his grandchildren, Natasha McGee (Rex "Peanut"), Seth Bromley (JoAnna), Jonathan Henson (Brooke) and Shiree Clemons (Zach); his stepgranddaughter Carrie Crotts; and his sisters, Leevon Parson of Counce, TN and Laurel Harville of Corinth, MS. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
