He was predeceased by: his parents, Delos Marion and Lestral Marie Surratt Plunk; his son Stacy Allan Plunk; and his brothers, Harold G. Plunk and Billy Max Plunk.
He is survived by: his wife Dossie Lou of Savannah; his children, Dennis W. Plunk (Donna) of Savannah and Tammi L. Outlaw (David) of Bartlett, Tennessee; his grandsons, Nathan H. Plunk (Shelley), Wesley J. Plunk (Jessica) and Ethan Allen Outlaw (Caroline); and his great grandchildren, Nolan Plunk, Claire Plunk, Cannon Plunk, Sawyer Plunk, Winston Plunk, Graham Plunk and Sebastian Plunk.
