He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Butanowitz and William Raymond Gardiner, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Faulk Gardiner; his children, Chris Faulk (Heather) and Jason Faulk (Shanna); and his grandchildren, Brayden and Brianna Faulk.
