He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his daughter Paislee; his father Terry Horton, Sr. (Lisa); his grandmother Therese Horton; his siblings, Steven, Trista McBee (Kyle) and Timothy; his aunt Debbie Smith (David); and his cousin David Smith, Jr..
