He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Jones Blackwell; and his siblings, Jeffery Christopher Mooneyhan and Rhonda Jo Owens. He is survived by: his father Billy Joe Mooneyhan; his sister Sharon Dodson (Michael); and his son Jeremy Sadler. He is also survived by uncle, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
