He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Annette Washburn (Anderson); his parents, Felix Edgar Washburn and Florence Elizabeth Washburn (Hovelmeier); and his sister Jane E. Washburn. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Gannon (Willard), William Washburn (Amanda) and Frances Washburn (Robert); his grandchildren, Thomas Gannon, Candie Gannon, Morgan Washburn, Brooklyn Bradley, London Washburn, Shane Gannon, Remmington Washburn and Lawton Washburn; his great grandchild Mae Annette Rivers; and his siblings, Doug Washburn, John Washburn (Debbie) and Sarah Hurst (Danny).
