He is survived by: his wife Shirley Johnson; his sons, Adam Johnson (Carrie) of Cottontown, TN and Scott Johnson (Tina) of White House, TN; his sister Evonne Griffiths of Hendersonville, TN; his grandchildren, Lillie, Colleen, Emily and Kailey; and his great grandchildren, Fallon, Sloane, Addison and June.
