He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Blair and Dora Mae Blair; and his sisters, Jean Gibbons, Beauna Tidwell, Brenda Thornhill and Elaine Owen.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Blair; his daughters, Kelley Ann Waller (Bubba) and Jessica Lynn Blair; and his grandchildren, Grace Marie Waller and Tyler Lewis Waller.
