He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Casteel and Janie Casteel; his siblings, Eliza Holland, Rosie Lee Casteel and Leroy Leath; and his great-niece Katherine Mae Miles.
He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Casteel, Timothy Casteel and Christopher Casteel; his brothers, Claude Leath and Joe Casteel; his nieces and nephews, Johnie Miles (Dino), Christine Casteel, Teresa Pedigo (Floyd), Janie Horton (Michel), Michael Miles (Samantha), Hayden Moore, Dakota Horton and John Horton; and his great-nieces, Daisy Mae Miles, Lilly Rae Miles, Sabrina Lane and Remington Stafford. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodard Funeral Home (5591 US-31E, Westmoreland, TN 37186).
