She was predeceased by: her father David Smith. She is survived by: her husband Billy W. Carter of Cottontown; her children, Marc Carter of White House, Phillip Carter (Ashley) of Bowling Green, KY and Buffy Carter of Cottontown; her brother Charles David Smith (Carole) of Glasgow, KY; and her grandchildren, McKale Carter, McClaine Carter, Caroline Carter, Smith Carter, Amelia Carter and Presley Carter.
