He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Allen McDonald and Braskie Jane McDonald (Cantrell); and his siblings, William Isaac McDonald (Dan), Lindsey Freeman McDonald (Tobby) and Bethel Carmen McDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Winnie Sue "Pooh" McDonald; his children, Richard Dale McDonald (Christy) of Lebanon, TN, Robert Leo McDonald of Cottontown, TN, Wanda Sue Groves of Cottontown, TN and Wendell Allen McDonald (Amber) of Smiths Grove, KY; and his sister Eunice Alford (Toon) of Franklin, KY.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
