He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Ann Choate (Joey) of Cottage Grove, TN and Linda Dumas Ziemba (Dennis) of Highlands, NJ; his grandchildren, Lucas Choate (Johanna), Josh Choate (Whitney) and Hannah Choate; and his great grandchildren, Farren Milam, Adalynn Choate and Meira Choate.
