She was predeceased by: her father Clay Johnson; her husband Frank T. Totten, Jr.; her mother Odette Conard Johnson of Cosby, Tennessee.; and her siblings, Retha Johnson (A. D.) and David Earl Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Roy Clay Shults (Sheila) of Newport; her grandchildren, Ethan Shults and Kyle Shults; her brother Danny Clay Johnson (Kay); and her sister-in-law Loretta Johnson.
