He is survived by: his son Spenser Stuart (Haley); his mother Sarah Stuart; the mother of his child Sandee Spence; and his siblings, Doug Stuart, Griffin Stuart (Charlene) and Dougie Stuart. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
