She is survived by: her children, Timothy Smith of New Jersey, Shane Smith of Wisconsin and Elizabeth Chiaradio of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Ryder Smith of Wisconsin and Aubrey Smith of Wisconsin; her parents, James LaSala and Elaine Kay Hart LaSala; and her siblings, James LaSala of Tennessee and Deana Wolowitz of New Jersey.
