It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas C. Hayes of Cosby, Tennessee, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson Kendrick Alexander Hayes; and his parents, Thomas B. Hayes and Bonnie Mae Smith. He is survived by: his children, Chance Hayes (Jacqueline) of Del Rio, Ashley Buckner (Kris) of Cosby, Christian Grooms, Sarah Teague and Hannah Hayes; his grandchildren, Hailiegh Hux of Newport, Bella Hux of Newport, Leti Grooms of Newport, Rosie Grooms of Newport and Daisy Grooms of Newport; and his siblings, Robbie Evans of Cosby, Donnie Hayes of Cosby, Teddy Hayes of Grassy Fork and Krissy Sweet of Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
