He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Campbell; and his parents, Willey Campbell and Carie Gunter Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Wesley Owens (Bree Trail) of Jefferson City and Selena Morie (Eric) of Cosby; and his grandchild Jayden Trail of Jefferson City.
