He was predeceased by: his close friend Louise Garver; his son Ronald Dale Jenkins; his parents, Allen Jenkins and Rosie Jenkins; and his siblings, Geneva Frazier, Ethel Naillon, Bonnie Smith, Thelma Hance, Jerry Jenkins and Wayne Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Snapper Webb (Stephanie), Opie Mathis (Angie), Angela McCarter, Tina Duncan (Burnett) and Kayla Naillon; and his sisters, Penny Dorsey, Patricia Coulter, Jaunita Jenkins and Lucy Hedgepath. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
