It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Alford Evans of Cosby, Tennessee, who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Robbie Lee Evans; his mother Joyce Jenkins Evans; and his siblings, Kathleen Evans, Judy Bugg and Johnny Evans.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Evans of Newport and Mary Poe of Cosby; his grandchildren, Skylar D. King of Sevierville, Jacob Lee Evans of Sevierville and Janie LeAnn Huff of Newport; his close friend Dolly Daniels of Cosby; his siblings, Linda Caldwell (Ronnie) of Newport, Nancy Williamson of Knoxville and Jimmy Evans (Ruby) of Knoxville; his siblings-in-law, Martha Evans, Danny Williamson of Cosby and Ronnie Bugg of Cosby; and also, Trevor Daniels of Cosby, Travis Daniels of Newport and Brenda Remires of Dandridge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
