She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Hooper; her son Roger Dale Hooper; her parents, Glen Caldwell and Helen Caldwell; and her sister Reba McGaha.
She is survived by: her son Glen Keith Hooper of Cosby; her grandson Jake Shelton of Sevierville; and her sisters, Gladys Schofield of LaGrange, NC and Brenda Grooms (Avery) of Cosby. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
