He is survived by: his wife Eunieve Phillips Fish; his children, Paul Fish (Doris) of Cosby, Jackie Booth of Gatlinburg and Patricia West (Jim) of Parrottsville; his grandchildren, Devin Allen (Kayla), Angela Franco (Colby), Jessica, Logan Booth and Christine Wills (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Zoey, Avery Allen, Jackson, Walker Franco, Bradley Messer, Zachary Locke, Liam, Nyssa and Lilith Wills.
