She is survived by: her children, David Shelton (Christy) of Cosby, Jacob Lynn Hall II (Melanie) of Kansas and Stephenie Rogers Scott (Matt) of New York; her siblings, Kenneth Rogers (Claire) of Maryville, Michael Rogers (Jan) of Canton, Jimmy Rogers of Canton, Danny Rogers of Morristown, Denny Rogers of Sevierville and Linda Spurling of Canton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Justin Shelton (Deanna), Conner Shelton, Emily Carrine Hall, Jacob Lynn Hall III, Daniel Scott and Samantha Scott; and her close friend Donna Owens.
