He is survived by: his wife Martha Evans; his daughters, Tammy Haney (Danny), Patty Barnes (Tim) and Lucy Evans; his grandchildren, Daniel Haney, April Henderson (Eric), Amanda Evans, Chrystal Middlebrooks (Nate), Britany Barnes (Stephen) and Destany Hatfield (Dakota); his great grandchildren, Dillon Haney, Noah Henderson, Natalie Middlebrooks, Gracie Middlebrooks and Camdyn Gibson; and his siblings, Linda Caldwell, Nancy Williamson, Robert Evans and Jimmy Evans. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
