He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Sicky and Linda O'Sicky. He is survived by: his wife Robin O'Sicky; his children, David, Daniel, Steven, Elijiah, Lisa O'Sicky and Linda Proffitt; and his siblings, Donald, Jimmy, Dion O'Sicky and Noelle Fox. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Church of God of the Union Assembly on Brookfield Drive in Newport.
