With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Ramsey of Cosby, Tennessee, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Junior Ramsey; her sons, Danny Ray Ramsey and Bobby Ramsey; her parents, Raymond Young and Emma Kate Young; her brother Jason Young; and her uncle Bill Sheffey.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Ramsey (Deborah) of Cosby; her daughter-in-law Daisy Ramsey of Cosby; her sister Charlene Phillips of Newport; her grandchildren, Randy Ramsey, Teresa Allen, Tiffany Frazier, Valina Hopson (Josh) and Jenna Lewis; her great grandchild Annie Livingston; and her close friend Robin Howard.
