He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Blazer (Charlie); his grandson Chris Henderson; his great grandchildren, Colsyn Henderson and Jaycee Reed; his sister Joyce Shelton; and his close friend Clyde Willis. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and host of friends.
