He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gary, Sr. and Elizabeth Fogliani; his brothers-in-law, Don Messer and Ronnie Fine; and his cousin David Ramsey (Toe Jo).
He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Messer, Mandy Fine and Jody Shaffer; his nieces and nephews, Ivye Fine, Mary Fine, Destiny Shaffer, Katie Riddle, Matthew Messer and Braden Shaffer; and his close friend Clint Mathis. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
