He is survived by: his wife Peggy Blazer; his grandsons, Brant Nickens (Taylor Gish) of Nashville and Byron Nickens (Kelly) of Nashville; and his siblings, Norman Blazer of Parrottsville, Ray Blazer of Parrottsville, Randy Blazer of Parrottsville, Brenda Ellis (Jerry) of Newport and Reba Dean Rhodes of Burlington, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
