He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda "Tildy" Jenkins Webb and Dewey "Zack" Webb; his wife Louise "Floss" Costner Webb; his sister Reva Dean; his brothers-in-law, W. J. Bryant and Kenny Sutton; his brother Larry; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Webb and Lois Costner (Sunny Presnell).
He is survived by: his son Mitchell; his daughter-in-law Sonya Webb; his grandchildren, Emily Webb and Nathan; his granddaughter-in-law Kelsey Webb; his daughter Susan Webb; his sister Ida Sutton; and his siblings-in-law, Gene Costner (Patty), Freddy Costner (Ann) and Lola Parks (Bobby). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
