With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elmer Phillips (Cosby, Tennessee), who passed away on September 12, 2018 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Phillips and Otta Phillips; his son Euel; and his siblings, Burton, Beecher and Nora.
He is survived by: his wife Betty June; his children, Kathy Tyler of Crossville, Terry Phillips of Waynesville and Genella Hoover of Hendersonville; his grandchildren, Jereme, Nathan, Jonathan, Mandy, Amy Valerie, Daniel, Adelina, Mason, Marlena, Sarah, John and Lilly; his great grandchildren, Gallen, Seth, Caleb, Hannah, Kezzia and Sydney; and his siblings, Ernest, Zeb, Jack, Kelly, Mitchell, Corena, Collene and Lorena.
