She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay Ramsey and Lola Ramsey; her siblings, Thelma Large, Betty Norris, Don Ramsey, Ray Ramsey and Darrell Ramsey; and her sons-in-law, Don Messer and Ronnie Fine.
She is survived by: her nephew David Ramsey; her husband Carl Fogliani; her children, James Gray of Cosby, Sandra Messer (Sam) of Cosby, Jody Shaffer (Jimmy) of Cosby and Amanda Fine (KJ) of Cosby; her grandchildren, Mathew Messer (Katey) of Cosby, Destiny Shaffer (Miranda) of Cosby, Ivye Fine (Katie) of Cosby, Mary Fine of Cosby and Braden Shaffer (Lexie) of Cosby; and her brothers, Harold Ramsey (Ellen) of Cosby, Larry Ramsey of Cosby and Lonnie Ramsey (Lee) of Cosby. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
