He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Black and Lou Black of Hartford; his siblings, John, Lillard Black, Nancy Gates and Emma Mooneyham; his half-brother Frank Frazier; his nephew Floyd Mooneyham; and the mother of his children Jean Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Jenkins, Tina Webb (Grant), Debbie Jenkins and Glenn Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Dustin Jenkins (Brittany), Alicia McKinney (Josh), Samantha Allen (Larry), Jordan Stuart, Addison and Madelyn Webb. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In recognition of the ongoing pandemic, masks and social distancing are encouraged, but not required.
