She was predeceased by: her husband Leland Wilfred Belcher; her daughter Freda H. Scovill; her son-in-law Larry Williamson; her parents, George Spillman Sr. and Rachel Elligood; and her siblings, George Spillman Jr., Bill Spillman (Marge) and Melva Drews (John).
She is survived by: her daughter Melva Williamson of Jones Cove; and her grandchildren, Corene Gooch (Adam), Russell Williamson (Breanna Schultz), Conner Williamson, Noah Gooch and Atticus Schultz-Williamson.
