She is survived by: her husband Gene Phillips; her children, Eddie Phillips of Cosby and Katie Ellison (Josh) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Caleb of Virginia Beach, VA, Jake of Virginia Beach, VA, Waylon of Virginia Beach, VA and Maddilyn Ellison of Virginia Beach, VA; and her siblings, Delilah Pack, Deanna Pack, Amber Pack, Mildred Barnhardt, April Barnhardt, Billy Pack, Michael Pack (Bobbie), Alan Pack (Kim), Robert Pack, Josh Barnhardt and Michael Barnhardt. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her church family.
