He was predeceased by: his father Junior Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Daisy J. Ramsey; his children, Tiffany Frazier (Scottie) of Cosby, Teresa Ball of Cosby and Randy Ramsey of Cosby; his grandchildren, Natasha Livingston of Newport, Arter Buddy Ball Jr. of Cosby, Allianna Ball of Cosby, Gabriel Ball of Cosby and Joselyn Frazier of Cosby; his great grandchildren, Daylynn Livingston and Annie Livingston; his mother Joann Ramsey; and his brother Dennis Ramsey (Debra) of Cosby. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
