He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Hill; his parents, Willie Hill and Lillie Hill; his brothers, Roy Hill, Lester Hill and Roscoe Hill; his half-brothers, Homer Hill and George "Pepsi" Hill; and his sisters, Ollie Campbell and Martha Brown.
He is survived by: his daughter Deana Williams (John) of Newport; his siblings, Junior Hill (Janice) of Cosby, Faye Lunsford of Cosby, Kathy Davis of Newport and Brenda Williams of Cosby; his grandchildren, Madison and Shayna Williams; his siblings-in-law, Nancy and Steve Owens of Newport; and his close friends, Wayne and Helen Williams (Frances Haynes) of Newport. He is also survived by her family, also other family and friends.
