He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Seifert Talman and Wesley Fleming Talman; his sibling Fleming Talman Jr.; and his wife Kaye Baldwin Talman. He is survived by: his children, Cody Everette Talman of Waynesville, Charles Talman Jr. of Canton and Elizabeth Talman Ball (Wendell) of Youngsville, NC.; and his grandchildren, Creighton and Rachael Ball.
