She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kelley and Ruby Kelley. She is survived by: her son Lance Kelley (Nikki) of Greeneville; her sister Starr Mantooth of Newport; her grandchildren, Alyssa Self and Cooper Kelley; and her great grandchild Finley Bright. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (1995 Hartford Rd, Cosby, TN 37722).
